The way you deliver a coaching to a Support Ambassador will dictate the rapport you have, the effort they put in, and the confidence they have to succeed. There are a few things to remember when delivering a coaching session:
Do not talk about numbers- we don't want the Support Ambassador to shut down, close off, feel embarrassed, etc.
Refrain from using accusatory language- we don't want the to become defensive vs. having them come to the conclusion that they didn't do something
Remain Positive throughout the interaction- we want this to be an uplifting session that is going to pump them up and walk out excited
Have the Support Ambassador Talking- The more they speak the more engaged they will be in the conversation
