Payroll/iRoz
This is one of the most important parts of your job; making sure people are being paid correctly. At no time should any employee, no matter the level, had missing pay' so it is our responsibility to ensure that this does not happen through our payroll; system; iRoz.
Agent Responsibilities
General Provisions All employees are responsible for understanding, enrolling and completing the time and attendance training for their geography to learn about the proper use of the timekeeping system either as an individual and/or as a people manager.
In order to properly track time, all employees identified are required to punch/clock in and out of the designated timekeeping system for each work day of the week. This also means that they follow geo specific guidelines and requirements for recording daily time.
All employees are responsible for ensuring that the information reflected on their timecards is accurate. Any inaccuracy in timekeeping must be addressed and resolved within 24 hours.
All paid time-off / leave requests should also be made using the timekeeping system following their specific local policy.
Manager Responsibilities
Immediate supervisors must ensure that the timekeeping policy is administered fairly and uniformly to all employees.
It is important to verify that all relevant timekeeping records of the employees are captured accurately and all tasks / requests for approval are reviewed & processed in the timekeeping system on a timely basis. Any correction to an employee’s timekeeping must be completed within 24 hours from notification.
All requests for corrections and for changes in timekeeping must be reviewed and justified prior to processing. All edits made on timekeeping will need to be approved by a manager at Job Level 5 and above.
Any immediate supervisor who will knowingly be out of the office and unable to process approval for their employees’ time must delegate / endorse the task to another supervisor of equal or at a higher job level.
