The coaching process is a fairly simple, but very beneficial process. Here's what you can expect to happen after confirming a coaching session:

1. You and the coach will complete a mini session (30 minutes) where you will further explain the information that you submitted on the registration form so that the coach can gain a full understanding of the areas in which you need support.

2. Following the mini-session, you will submit a lesson plan for the day of the observation along with a recording of the live class.

3. The coach will complete the observation of your recorded instruction.

(*There is also an option for the coach to observe your class live.)

4. You and the coach will meet to discuss what they discovered during their observation and provide you with the highest leverage action steps that will improve your instruction. During this session you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarity from the coach (45 mins).

5. Following the observation meeting, the coach will send you a soft copy of the information discussed during your session for your own records.

(*The coach will follow up with you to ensure they have access to join your class and that the necessary forms are in place so that they can join your class if you choose the live observation option.)

In the School Package, your first coaching session is 100% free. After your first coaching session, you will have the opportunity to sign up for sessions at a rate of $100/Session.

(Note: The School Package includes the coaching session for three educators.)
