Hello everyone! I am Surabhi Malesha. I have pursued my Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from India. While pursuing my bachelors, I developed a strong passion for human anatomy and physiology and clinical medicine. Thereafter, I was approached by the Principal of my medical college to help average performers learn human anatomy and physiology. This was my first experience teaching human anatomy and physiology and it piqued my interest in teaching biology and health related topics. I pursued this newly developed passion for 3 years and my life took a pleasant turn and I moved to Boise in 2016.
In the treasure valley, I had a chance to pursue my Master's in Health Science along with Graduate Certificate in College Teaching at Boise State University to further my passion in health and education. I worked as a teaching assistant for the HLTHST 382 - Research Methods in Health Science. In the past I have served as a graduate research assistant for Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program. I have also worked as a Biology tutor for Rising Scholars program at Boise State.
