Arra Corpuz is a Filipino keynote speaker, seminar facilitator, and media personality at the intersection of movement, neurodivergence, inclusive education, and human performance. She is a martial arts educator, international Wushu and Taichi judge, pioneer Singapore Math instructor, and founder of Wushu Arena Philippines — the first and only Philippine institution recognized by the Martial Arts Coalition for Sustainable Development.
She doesn't just talk about resilience. She has built it — medal by medal, rejection by rejection, student by student.
Movement as Mental Architecture
How physical discipline — martial arts, Taichi, ballet — rewires the way we think, lead, and recover. A leadership and wellness talk for organizations that want their people performing at full capacity. Ideal for corporate teams, HR summits, and wellness conferences.
The ADHD Advantage
A personal and practical talk on navigating high performance with a neurodivergent brain — turning hyperfocus, systems thinking, and self-awareness into strategic tools. Relevant for educators, HR professionals, mental health advocates, and anyone who has ever been told they were too much or not enough.
Inclusive Excellence
What gets unlocked when you design programs, classrooms, and workplaces for the people who don't fit the default? Drawing from her Movement Is for Every Body advocacy and years of work with seniors, PWDs, and neurodivergent students, Arra challenges audiences to expand their definition of who gets to participate.
Self-Defense as Self-Respect
A practical talk combining foundational self-defense with conversations about boundaries, body autonomy, and confidence. Adaptable for schools, corporate events, and women's organizations.
Singapore Math and the Future of Teaching
A methodology talk for education audiences from one of the Philippines' pioneer certified Singapore Math instructors. Previously delivered a session at UP College of Education for education students, masters, and PhD level participants.
Taichi Wellness Seminars
Guided Taichi sessions for stress reduction, focus, and team cohesion — delivered by an IKUF-certified international judge in internal arts and Taichi. Available in-person and online.
Taiso Corporate Wellness Program

Self-Defense Workshops
Practical, inclusive, and adaptable for mixed groups across all fitness and ability levels.
All programs are customizable in format, duration, and focus.

Arra's speaking work is inseparable from three interconnected missions:
Movement Is for Every Body
Arra's flagship advocacy challenges the assumption that physical education and wellness belong only to the young, able-bodied, or athletic. Her programs are built to include seniors, PWDs, neurodivergent learners, and absolute beginners — because movement is a human right, not a privilege.
Girls and Women in Movement
Arra designs programs that place girls and women at the center — building physical confidence, self-defense awareness, and bodily autonomy through martial arts and wellness practice. Her One Tree, One Movement — Move for Nature program at KALFI for World Environment Day 2026 brought Aikido, Wushu, and Taichi to girls as a vehicle for wellness and environmental consciousness.
Inclusive Education and Neurodivergent Learners
As a PWD ID holder and ADHD advocate with 18+ years of academic coaching experience, Arra brings lived experience to conversations about neurodivergent students in mainstream classrooms. She speaks on ADHD, learning differences, and redesigning educational spaces to serve every kind of mind.
