Coach Arra is one of the most credentialed martial arts coaches in Quezon City, with active expertise across Aikido, Wushu, and Taichi.

AIKIDO

Training since 2002 under Sensei Cris Buenaseda, Coach Arra holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt (Nidan) under Aikido Philippines — an organization affiliated with the Aikido World Headquarters, Hombu Dojo, Japan. She has served as Head Sensei at multiple dojos in Quezon City, including Arena Fitness Dojo, (Quezon Ave, 2012–2018), Rush Arts Academy, Sixteen Degrees Production, and Arena Fitness Dojo at Fisher Mall (2023–present).

WUSHU & TAICHI

Coach Arra is the Head Coach of Wushu Arena Philippines, a traditional Wushu school established in Quezon City in 2024. She is a multi-awarded competitive athlete and coach in Taijiquan, Taijijian, Changquan, and Traditional Wushu.
