LATEST UPDATES

12 June

Less than a month to the conference now! The tension is building and so is the workload for the Local Organising Committee! We've just uploaded some guidance on presentations and posters, and put a poster template for those who are presenting that way. There's still a few of you who's presentations and posters have been scheduled but you've not yet registered. So make sure you book your place via the registration link. We can also announce that Antonella di Trapani from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy will be joining the industry panel on Wednesday afternoon.

29 May

The reviewing is almost finished apart from a couple of latecomers! We've just sent an update email to anyone signed up to ConfTool. For those who are coming but not presenting (or even without a paper) it will really help your experience to sign up to the conference ConfTool in order to access the Conference Programme, where you can (once it's ready) programme your personal agenda through the three days of the conference. The programme is visible to ConfTool users at the moment, but it is both in DRAFT form, and currently INCOMPLETE. Once we've done the first complete version we will post an update here and send a message around via ConfTool users list.

Welcome to TE2024! This conference brings together researchers and practitioners in, on and with engineering across academia, government and business to explore how engineering can address the complex and critical challenges facing society today. This annual conference is run by the International Society for Transdisciplinary Engineering, and is hosted by UCL's Department of Science, Technology, Engineering & Public Policy (UCL STEaPP) and UCL Centre for Engineering Education (CEE). The conference will take place at UCL's new East Campus at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.

To learn more out TE2024 - the nature of the conference, and what underlies the theme 'Engineering for Social Change' you can visit the 'What is TE?' page and the Conference Theme page. The topics that TE conferences commonly cover can be seen on the Call for Abstracts page.
