The Exhibit Selection Form (See Figure 1) lists only projects from the categories you chose at registration. Collapse/expand each category to browse.
You can pick 4–8 High School exhibits, first-come, first-served, based on availability.
Each exhibit has a judge limit. A green tag to the right of each listing shows the number of judging slots left.
We assign at least 3 judges per exhibit. If there are extra judges in a category, an exhibit may get more than three judges.
Crossed-out, fully-selected exhibits are shown with a red Unavailable tag and can no longer be chosen.
Have backup picks — popular exhibits disappear quickly.

Tip: Open the Exhibit Selection Form as early as possible to maximize your chances of getting your top picks.
The form shows how many exhibits you’ve selected and only allows 4–8 selections to keep assignments balanced.
After choosing 4–8 exhibits, you can click the grey Print Selections or Reset buttons at the top of the form, or you can click the blue Submit Final Selections at the bottom. Submissions are final and cannot be changed. (See Figure 2)

Some categories like Engineering/Technology, Health/Nutrition, and Math/Computers have more judges than exhibits—expect higher competition for those categories.
We always need more judges in Environment and Medicine and Medical Science & Technology. You'll find more available exhibits there. Please consider them if they match your expertise from your preferred categories.

After submitting your selections, a confirmation page (See Figure 3) appears where you can view and print your selections.
You can also visit the Judging Rubric and your Judge’s Portal to start review and evaluations from the Exhibit Selection Confirmation Page (as shown in the image in Figure 3)
If you do NOT select exhibits online, you may no longer be eligible to judge for the remainder of the fair.
IMPORTANT: If your plans change and you can’t judge, or you need to opt out after selecting exhibits, contact the Judges' Committee immediately at Judges@DiscoveryCtr.org or 845-621-1260 x-402 so that we can release and reassign your exhibits quickly.
