We may have already received your potential conflict of interest declaration from an earlier confirmation email.  If you have not received an email with a link to your Confirmation Form before March 28,  please contact the Judges' Committee at pcdctcsf@gmail.com or 845-621-1260 x-402 b to request the link to your Confirmation Form.

As a reminder, our collective goal is to provide students with an accurate, objective, and unbiased assessment of their exhibits based on clearly defined criteria.  Because one concern that comes up from time to time is a potential conflict of interest in judging, we'd like to present several scenarios to keep in mind before you select the exhibits to judge. Please do not pick an exhibit if:

• You are an alumnus, current employee, or former employee from a school participating in the fair.

• You are related, a family friend, neighbor, current mentor, or previous mentor to a student or employee from a school participating in the fair.

• You are or were conducting business with either a student or employee, their immediate family, or directly with a school participating in the fair.

• The topic of the exhibit may have some conflict with your employer, school, or profession. For example, a project using Coca-Cola should not be judged by a PepsiCo employee.
