The Coach as Educator was taken as a graduate independant study at Saint Michael's College. I assisted the lecturer during the course, and I also participated as a student with the undergraduates. During the course a variety of discussion tasks were used to construct learning and make connections from prior experiences.
The following reflection papers are based upon twenty hours of school observations during the spring semester of 2019. The intention of the reflection papers is to inform future practice as a teacher and educator. This occurs by conducting thorough observations that are analyzed thru the theory and content covered during the course and personal beliefs and values.
