Technical problems of the DSIMB web-server solved!

Between February and April our central web server was temporarily offline due to attempted intrusions. Although there was no breach of data or compromise of sensitive information, our security team has taken prompt action to isolate the server as a precautionary measure.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance our security protocols. From the beginning of May all our tools are back online!

DIONYSUS is out !

After three years of work on the SugarPred project funded by  the French National Research Agency, DIONYSUS, a database of protein-carbohydrate interfaces, is finally officially released and accepted for publication in Nucleic Acids Research. Bravo to Aria Gheeraert who made this project come true!

New diploma is achieved

On March 15th I have successfully defended my "Habilitation à diriger des recherches", which certifies my ability to master a research strategy in bioinformatics and my capacity to supervise young researchers.

Machine Learning workshop proposed by the Graduate School of Translational Bioinformatics

Together with my colleagues Prof. Gelly and Dr. Guyon we participate in organisation of the workshop on machine learning methods in biology for students of the European Master program "Translational Bioinformatics". The school will take place in 4-8 september 2023 and all the information is available here.
