Work experience

1 Sep 2019 - Now: Assistant Professor

Université Paris Cité, Faculté de Sciences, UFR Sciences du Vivant

Hired in 2019 as Assistant Professor (Maître de conférences), I am currently giving bachelor and master courses at the Life Science Faculty of Université de Paris as well as at the engineering school Ecole d'Ingénieur Denis Diderot (EIDD). My main research interests include modeling of complex molecular systems and the development of predictive models for protein dynamics and interactions.

1 Oct 2017 - 31 Aug 2019: Post-doc

Université Paris VII Diderot, UFR Sciences du Vivant

As a PostDoc (Attachée temporaire d'enseignement et de recherche), I worked on a project of Prof. Catherine Etchebest aiming at modeling and analyzing the mechanics of the human glucose transporter protein GluT1 with the help of molecular dynamics simulations.

Education

1 Oct 2013 - Nov 2017: PhD

Thesis title: Spatial structure of lipopolysaccharides and its role in blood coagulation

I have done my thesis under joint thesis supervision between France and Russia (Metchnikov scholarship program) .

PhD in Physics and Mathematics (Biophysics Department, Faculty of Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University)

Under supervision of Prof. Andrey Rubin, I was working on molecular modeling of lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and LPS containing bacterial membranes.

PhD in Applied Mathematics (ED InfoMath, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1)

Under supervision of Prof. Vitaly Volpert, I was developing mathematical models of blood coagulation dynamics.

1 Sep 2008 - June 2013: Specialist in Mathematics and System programming (Master equivalent, diploma with honors)

Faculty of Computational mathematics and cybernetics, Lomonosov Moscow State University

My master thesis work was done under supervision of Prof. Alexander Bratus and addressed a problem of mathematical modeling of low grade glioma radiotherapy.
