First Semester test 2

Choose from 1 ~ 3 and prepare a 5 minute discussion with your group.

1. Talk about your house or apartment and the things inside it. Ask questions about everyone’s things. Ask what things your classmates have and where they are.

2. Discuss the life and work of a famous person. It can be a person from the book such as Nicola Benedetti or Guy Laliberte, or a person you research yourselves.

3. Read the story on page 46. Listen and fill in the missing words. Discuss the questions: a. Do you want to be rich? Why? b. What are the most important things in life? c. What is more important - time or money? d. Who has a better life - the fisherman or the businessman? What do you think the moral of the story is?
