Minutes of the Delegates Meeting of Target Shooting Hawke’s Bay
Held on 8th July 2021

Read and approved.

Matters Arising:
KB still to email TSNZ regarding Julie as contact and name of club on website
NM still to sort companies office – authority required to do this by the committee
HB Open/Hastings Open exceeded expectations with entries, and catering went well. Generally excellent, thank you to all for the help.
Correspondence:
Email from ANZ, KB should now have access to the Bank accounts and address should also be changed
Emails from TSNZ: Executive Meeting Minutes, TSNZ Insights, Election of Officers for TSNZ Executive – including nomination forms
KB emailed HB v SHB Round 2 teams, and results from HB v SHB Round 1
KB emailed TSNZ completed NIC entry form for Sunday 8th August 2021 (@Hastings)

Financial Report:
Bank Account Balances as at 8/7/2021
Main Account: $2163.67
Serious Saver: $4284.10
KB paid out all the absent winners from Hastings Open using TSHB account and deposited the cash put aside to pay for this.
KB paid TSNZ for levies for HB Open ($220) and Hastings Open ($112).
KB paid TSH their profit ($172) from the deposited money and also the expenses ($159.60 +$25)

General Business:
Noel Mann requires authorisation to submit to the companies office, determined in committee to provide this authority. Moved by KB/PY – all in favour.
There are 2 websites, one for Hastings, the other for Hawkes Bay. Do we need to maintain this? Probably better to keep both due to size limits and it is not hard to maintain both.
Teams for interassociation postals. Teams to be determined and then selected: Veterans, B and C teams.
KB has high lead levels, we may need to address this in Health and Safety at the ranges. Fans need to remain on, and other avenues explored.
Range Officer course for TSNZ, we will need to get some people to do this. KB to do imminently, DF will do as well.
KB to email all TSHB members and ask for their DOB to determine Veteran/Junior team availability (will be held confidentiality)
KB to ask SHB if they are sending a delegate to conference in October, and request whether they can be a proxy for us at this meeting.
