Matters Arising:
Companies office progress; we managed to miss the deadline by 29 days and were dissolved. However, this has been sorted and no payment is required (which was threatened to be required at the cost of $180). Financial reports need to be filed after the AGM. We now have a years’ extension to get caught up. Rudolf Britz will have a copy of this – electronic copy to be organised to Noel Mann.

Email out regarding help for NIC next Sunday 8th August, and requesting DOB.
Need to recommend to all shooters to monitor lead levels. Washing hands before tea break and eating. We need to brainstorm more ideas to reduce lead exposure including upgrading vacuum cleaners, and banning brooms from the ranges.
Next 2 meetings at KB’s 8.15pm due to lectures.
