Hi, I am Ginny
I found EFT after years of carrying a lot. Intense anxiety, drowning in others' expectations, and working hard to live up to standards that were never really mine. I kept trying to think my way into feeling better. It never worked. Tapping is what helped me get out of my head, out of the overanalysing and overthinking, and into a genuine relationship with myself. It is through this work that I got to know myself again. And it is why I do this work with others.
I have spent over a decade working one-to-one with people carrying some of the heaviest loads imaginable. That experience, combined with my EFT certification, is what I bring into every session.
