Voting Matters
We are God’s mouthpiece contending for the welfare of your neighbor. Contending for truth so that is why we vote. Can you look at your children and tell them I just gave up on you? There is nothing I can do to guide your life. God will handle your life from now on. Probably not, so how can you say to another Christian that you give up on America. America was built and blessed by God. We are called to do; the results are Gods. If we retreat from the battle it will be God who asks you why. As for me, I will vote in the face of defeat because Jesus is coming back and I am accountable to Him so I vote because he is watching me and will ask me someday why I did not live out His second commandment to love my neighbor as myself. Voting matters and if it matters to God then it should matter to every Christian.

Click on NELIS. This will give you the NELIS Home Page.
The first thing you must do if you want to interact with NELIS is register/sign in. (See upper right corner of page.) You only register once and then sign in with your username and password.
Click on Legislation (upper left of page) and then click on All Bills and Resolutions.
In the box under the word Filters, type the bill number. In this case SB. Click on the box Apply Filters and bill number will appear below. Click on the bill number.This will take you to the Overview page for the bill.
Scroll to the bottom of the Overview page and click on Submit Opinion or View Opinion Stats. Select a position (Support, Opposition, or Neutral), enter your personal information requested and click on Submit.
****You can also track a bill-you get notices so you can monitor bills you are most interested in. The majority of people sign up for the free version.
You can now track Bill Draft Requests (BDRs), Bills (when available), and Budgets (when available) using your PLT account.

2. Use the sample ballot lookup tool
3. Put in your address
4. Click view my ballot
5. Click on Election on Tuesday, June 11th 2024
6. Click on GO
What you will see:
-U.S. Senate Nevada
-U.S. House Nevada (district will be different depending on where you live)
Ex. Distinct 4 Clark County, John J. Lee is on the ballot
-click on his name and his candidate information will pop up
-overview, contact information, and if he filled out the BallotPedia survey
***note if not you can request he fill it out or go to his website under contact information to research him as a candidate

7. Follow the same steps except click on Election on Tuesday, November 5th 2024
8. You will see Ballot Measures
