Project Synopsis: Conducted in-silico screening and molecular docking to identify potential inhibitors targeting the KRAS G12C mutation, demonstrating proficiency in computational drug discovery techniques. Utilized bioinformatics tools and molecular modeling software to analyze protein-ligand interactions, predict binding affinities, and optimize drug candidates for potential remediation of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
