◆Our Three Main Areas of Business:
1. Rental Property Management:
o Recruiting tenants and land users.
o Handling rental agreements (new and renewals), including those through real estate agents.
o Rent and land rent collection, as well as demanding rent payment from those in arrears (sometimes involving rent guarantee companies).
o Complaints handing, including equipment failures and disputes between tenants.
o Conducting move-out inspections and settlements of deposit.
o Arranging repairs with partner companies and skilled workers, including site inspections and management.
2. Building and Land Management:
o Maintenance and management of buildings and land.
o Management of equipment and system, including legal inspections of fire safety equipment and other types of equipment and system.
o Cleaning services: Commissioning and supervising cleaning contractors when tenants move out.
o Developing long-term repair and renovation plans.
3. Subscription of Oil-based Artwork:
o Providing oil-based artwork of World Heritage sites, etc., available on a monthly subscription basis.
◆Our History:
The company was established at its current location in Showa year 6 (1931), and later incorporated. Along with Maesawa Town (currently Ousyu City) metal-framed glass sliding door, window, curtain wall center, we formed the Iwate Element Hub. We have been engaged in the sale, design, production, construction, and management of hardware and building materials. As of Reiwa year 2 (2020), we focus on rental property and land management, including recruiting tenants and land users, complaints handling, and ensuring a comfortable living environment for tenants and land users. We also offer subscription of oil-based artwork.

We support the "Senmaya Daiyuguro (Tayuguro) Umakko no Kai" and have made donations toward the establishment of the statue of Minamoto no Yoshitsune’s beloved horse, Daiyuguro.
Location: Opposite Iwate bank, Senmaya branch.
We also support the revitalization of the Senmaya region.
