In December 2024, I was enrolled in a Contracts lecture. Students were tasked with creating an independent contractor agreement between two parties. We interviewed a contractor who wished to provide services to a prospective client. Following the interview, I drafted a contract that included specific clauses requested by the contractor. This assignment presented challenges, as the contract could not exceed five pages, requiring me to make careful decisions about what information to include or omit in the substantive sections of the contract.
When I was Outreach Inc.'s Triage Specialist, I oversaw a youth hotline aged 14-24 who were in need of housing resources. Attached is Outreach's 2024 Year-End Summary. Before leaving this position, I had to creatively provide roughly 800 youths with resources to cater to each of their specific needs. Often times I had to investigate different resources and create actionable plans to put the goals of the client first.
