In November 2023, the Central Indiana Chick-fil-A organized a month long cookie fundraiser for Outreach Inc. Chick-fil-A donated $20,000 to Outreach. As a result of this collaboration, both organizations were recognized during the Indianapolis Indians' Community Partner Ceremony. As an added benefit, the CEO of Outreach, Andrew Neal, threw out the first pitch for thier game against the New York Buffalo Bisons.  

In December 2022, I was enrolled in an Ethical Decisions in Leadership lecture.  Students were asked to apply what they had learned from the course to create their own personal ethics action plan. In doing so, students were tasked to create their own life balance goals, analyze an ethical dilemma, and present plausible solutions. I created seven life balance goals, analyzed Apple Inc. business practices, and presented solutions to an ethical issue that Apple Inc. was facing. As a result,  I created a 10-page report with reasonably actionable steps for Apple Inc. and personal life balance goals that I can apply.
