During the 2025 Legislative Budget Session,  I was the Legal Intern for the Minority Caucus. One of the tasks that I was responsible for was taking committee notes. I often stayed for the entirety of the Senate  Judiciary hearings every Wednesday afternoon, ensuring that the note taken were accurate.  As a result, I had the opportunity to build relationships with lobbyists and senators. 

In my December 2022, I was enrolled in a Professional Writing lecture. In this lecture, students were tasked to work with their peers to solve a problem that a nonprofit organization was facing. As a group we communicated with the CEO of the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and researched ways that they could increase their funding post COVID-19. I researched the section covering  museums and the importance of community relationship. As a result, my group published a research portfolio for the CEO of Kurt Vonnegut Museum with suggestions to solve their organizational problem.
