Future Events

Presently we undertake excavations once to twice a week all year dependent on the weather

Our geophysical team undertake surveys on several sites each year.  For a donation sites outside of Tameside are also surveyed

We undertake educational events either with the National Festival of Archaeology (July) or the Heritage month (September).

Talks on previous projects are given  to the public and also archaeological groups on demand

Each month we have a meeting to discuss present projects and plan future ones

We are contacted by the public on finds made in Tameside and a representative from TAS will respond which can involve visits to locations of finds
