Tallmark is an app, not a crisis service. Nobody at Tallmark reads what you type, so we cannot notice if you are in trouble or send help. The people below can. They are free or low cost, private, and used to talking with young people. You do not have to be in a crisis to contact them. Feeling low, worried about eating, or just needing to talk is reason enough.
Services change. If a number does not work, try https://findahelpline.com or your local emergency number.

Talking to someone you know
A parent, carer, teacher, school counsellor, coach, doctor or nurse can help too. If it is hard to start, you could show them this page, or say "I've been finding things hard and I don't know what to do." That is enough.
About this page
The Coach and Tally in the Tallmark app show a short version of this list, for the region your phone is set to, when someone mentions self-harm, feeling unsafe, or worries about eating. The in-app list works without an internet connection.
