Tallmark Community guidelines
Version 1.0
Effective date: 10 October 2026
Last updated 10 October 2026
Community is for teens sharing everyday habits. Here's how we keep it a good place to be.
The six rules
1. Be kind
Cheer people on. No bullying, no put-downs, no mocking how anyone looks, sounds or grows.
2. Keep it about habits
Sleep, food, moving, water, how your day went. Don't compare heights or weights, and don't promise that anything makes anyone taller: nothing can.
3. Keep your details to yourself
No phone numbers, links, @names, school names or "add me on…". You're a nickname and an animal here, and that's the point.
4. This isn't medical advice
If something hurts, or you're worried about your health, talk to a parent, a doctor or a school nurse. Posts about pills, hormones, supplements or surgery are checked by a person before they show.
5. No ads or selling
No products, promo codes or "this changed my life" links.
6. See something wrong? Report it
Tap ⋯ on a post or reply. It disappears for you straight away. When a few people report the same thing it's hidden for everyone until a person has checked it. You can also block anyone.
What's shared, and what isn't
Your nickname, your animal and what you write are stored on a server so other members can read them, until you delete them or leave. Nothing from your Tallmark records is ever sent: not your height, weight, age, logs or estimate. Posts are removed after 90 days.
More detail
These notes are the short version. The details are in the Privacy Policy, section 5 (https://sites.google.com/view/tallmark/privacy-policy) and the Terms of Use, section 8A (https://sites.google.com/view/tallmark/terms-of-use). In short:
Posts are short text only: a title of up to 80 characters, an optional body of up to 600, in one of seven topics. Replies are up to 300 characters. Reactions are positive only (Cheer, Helpful, Same).
There are no private messages, no photos and no links. An automatic filter rejects phone numbers, emails, links and @handles.
Being reported doesn't penalise anyone by itself: only a person decides whether something broke the rules. Removals count as strikes, and repeated strikes can pause a member's access.
To leave, go to Settings › Community › Leave Community and delete my posts. Reset all my data does the same.
Where to get help. Community is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or might hurt yourself, call your local emergency number. Helplines by country are on If you need help now (https://sites.google.com/view/tallmark/safety-resources).
