It's not unheard of of mice that lost an eye to a flying Dowsing Rod that slipped away from a shaky grip! Also produces a high pitched sound when grabbed, giving the user echolocation but creates a lot of sound.

Strange colors and images and yet you understand. This is the chance to see your future but only for no more than 1 hour ahead of your current present timeline. You are vulnerable to attacks while seeing your future and can not pull from the image till it is done.

This small decorative brick emits a short, shrill tone whenever anyone it does not recognize passes in front of its single eye (up to 3 times before needing recharged). For the Brick to recognize someone it must be within it's eyesight while it is being recharged. To recharge the eye must witness someone get something uncomfortable in their eye (less comfort recharges more)
Note that the eye does not need everyone who wishes to be recognized to rub dust in their eyes; just one willing being
Optional Notes: this operates on line of sight so it could be obscured with a physical object, or even see around corners with a mirrored surface. The eye instantly looses any remaining charges if the eye itself is directly exposed to black smoke or salt

When a creature voluntarily picks up this acorn, it has to make a WIL save or be enchanted, either way using a charge. An enchanted creature is compelled to bury it in a hiding spot it perceives as save. While the Acorn remains in the hiding spot, the creature is friendly towards and loyal to the last person to charge the Acorn, as long as they are friendly in return. This enchantment mimics a loyal friendship and does not compel a creature to follow commands. To recharge the Acorn, you must sacrifice a creature that is friendly towards you and trusts you. The stronger the relationship, the more it is recharged.

Whenever a creature dies near the bone, a part of the creature's soul is trapped within it. Each creature can be asked one question while touching the bone, which it must answer honestly to the best of it's knowledge. Once the creature's soul answers the question, it is freed from the bone.

The faces of this magical stone are carved with intricate swirling patterns that interconnect across all the faces of the object. When exposed to sunlight for 3 days, the light will pool into its groves to create a magical string made of light. At the end of the 3rd day, the string can be unwound from the object's engravings and spooled for use in repairing magical cloth and other items. This can also be used similarly to harvest a full moon for 1 night, or lightning from a storm in 1 night for half the length of string.

The dancing pattern on this pearl resemble sea waves and when held to the ear, one can hear the sea. This are in fact the waves and sounds at a specific place on water the pearl is bound to. Using a charge, one can choose North, East, South or West and see in that direction from the bound place for a moment. When the pearl is burned in a pyre floating freely on water until the pearl sinks with the pyre, it will be bound to the place where it sank and regain all charges.
Note: if need a less useful and more mysterious item, just bind it to an unknown shore (where something can be heard besides the waves) and change the recharging condition or just don't let the players know it.

Tell this device a given creature's name and it will crawl into the shadows. The next time that creature sleeps, it will dream of a giant spectral scarab each night until they fail a Will save, at which time they climb onto it and ride it, and it brings them bodily back to you as they come out of a trance. Unlimited range. After its last usage the scarab targets the user. No one knows where it takes them but the scarab reappears fully charged.

This durable bottle is covered in magical etchings. Within is a softly swirling mist resembling a steaming cup. When turned over, a gray mist pours out and begins to cloud the area upto a range of 12 inches. The mist will stay 1 minute after the bottle is turned right side up. Mark a dot after each usage. To recharge, leave out in the early morning in places where mist forms.

This alien statue reminds of a parasite and seems strangely alive. When placed on the back of a creature, the Tick will use its legs to move up to the shoulders, grip tightly and sink its mandibles into the neck of the creature. While a creature is connected to the Tick, whenever they would take STR damage, they can use a charge of the Tick to take that much plus one WIL damage instead, and vice versa. The creature cannot do this if either STR or WIL is 0. The Tick can be allowed to feed on its host, reducing a random choice of their STR and WIL max by 1d4 until the Tick is disconnected and recharging the Tick by the same amount (up to 3). When the Tick is disconnected from a creature, it loses all charges and won't connect to the same creature for 1d6 days.

An antique magical key that can unlock most doors and locks when a power word is uttered. It serves as a heavy weapon and can anything it interacts with, be it a chest or defeating an enemy, they will drop extra pips and treasures. Mark usage each time the item's ability is used. The key must be locked in a container for 3 days in order to recharge.

When this magical bell is rung, it emits no sound. In fact it creates a zone of silence for all within a foot of its silent ring. Spells requiring reading out loud cannot be cast and creatures and objects create no noise. Recharge this item by placing it in an extremely noisy environment for 3 days.

When this ring is worn tightly around an arm or leg, the limb may be detached from the body and move independently. If the limb is not reattached within a Turn, the ring closes, and the limb rots into lifelessness.

Legend speaks of a huge mainecoon that once terrorized the realm. The colossal feline was defeated by several warband after a great battle and one of his claws was dropped. The claw is said to have all the fury and strength of this mighty cat's spirit. When exposed to moonlight, the claw will levitate and begin to slash and attack anything in sight except who is holding it. Each round of combat, the mouse must succeed a strength check and allow themselves to be dragged about, or risk falling off and being attacked by the claw. The claw emits a shrieking cat fight scream and will only stop when covered by a silken cloth or runs out of charges. Too unwieldy and chaotic to use as a weapon, does d8 damage to what it attacks on it's own. Recharge by leaving it wrapped in a black silken cloth for 3 days.

Magical war hammer. Whoever wields this hammer must be deemed worthy by the spirit that lives within the hammer (Succeed a WIL save or Corcsgriw Morthwyl dissolves into a fine metallic dust). If deemed worthy, hits opponents take give the Frightened condition in addition to damage. Must be baptized in wine or other fruit juice once a week or looses this ability.

Effect: For up to [Sum] turns, you and up to [Dice] creatures can fly with the flit and float of a majestic butterfly. Ethereal butterfly wings materialize from your backs and your travel speed is doubled.
Recharge: Create a cocoon of some type, encapsulating this amber spell stone, and hang it from a tree for three days. Then unwrap it after said three days, at dawn.

He had several prosthetics designed after he lost his arm, and this one was meant of rock climbing, which was a hobby of his. Incidentally, it’s also rumored that he fell to his death.

An enchanted game piece. When a charge is expended, it will move forward until it hits something. A siege weapon of eras past, for every inch it moves, the target will lose one hp. Recharge it by giving it an apple and letting it “sleep” in a field for a night

An old fashioned top with magical symbols all over it. Pull the string and the top is set into motion. So long as it spins, Time slows in a 1 foot radius around the object. Every creature but the one that spun the top is affected by this slow of time. The chord must be re wrapped around the top to use again. Once its charges are depleted, it takes 3 days to wrap the chord before it can be used again.
Warning: If the tops spin is stopped prematurely, time will leap briefly into high speed then all in 1 foot radius will be thrown about violently until the top comes to a complete stop.

This magical shell was found on a distant tropical shore by a wise warrior wizard white rat. This rat carved runes into the shell that tied her to her newly found treasure. She began to wear it as armor thus giving her the epithet “The Albino Abalone”. One day in a great battle the wizards plate armor shattered and she was slain. A day later, her top pupil returned to the battlefield and reassembled the armor and fused it back together. It now holds the very wisdom of the Albino Abalone herself.
Recharge: reassemble shell in a shallow grave, apply water at dusk and dawn for three days, then unbury the newly remade armor.

When opened the fungus within it blooms showering those nearby with spores. The spores seek out pockets, bags and other storage space. They spoil rations and begin to rapidly grow filling one storage slot per turn. Once they've filled a backpack they will spore again if the bags opened.

A dream catcher made of ghostly spiderweb. When a creature sleeps beneath the Dreamweb Catcher, their consciousness enters a ghostly spider that emerges from the catcher. The dreamer is unwakable for one watch (6 hours) and controls the spider (6 hp, STR 8, DEX 15, WIL 10, Armor 1) while they sleep. Any damage dealt to the spider's stats is also dealt to the dreamer's WIL.

Loose Block from the wall of a prison cell. Engraved on it is the last message from a prisoner waiting for death. Carrying it costs the carrier d3 WIL per guard because the ghost of the prisoner is haunting them to try and get them to bring their last message to their loved ones. While carrying the block there is 1 chance out of 6 that the ghost will appear during battle, and if it does enemies immediately lose d6 WIL. The ghost will only leave when their last message is delivered.

When unrolled, lines will begin to appear on the parchment as if drawn by some unseen hand. The images will form a map of the local area and will continue mapping for an hour, or until the entire scroll is filled. When rolled up, the map will become blank until it is opened again and will begin a new map. Mark usage after each unrolling.
To recharge, place in a mirror lined box so that the world appears to lead back to itself. Leave for a full rest undisturbed. There is a 1 in 6 chance that when unrolled, the scroll will already be filled with a map and a dotted line leading to a hidden treasure.

If potion is quaffed at once, allow STR check to spit it out, otherwise PC is ripped apart from the inside by the plants.
