I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Lifespan Counselling from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. My training as a psychologist shapes the psychological lens and architecture I bring to Take2 across therapy, workshops, group spaces and collaborative projects.
I believe empowerment comes through awareness and access. I’m interested in creating spaces where psychological ideas, support and practices are accessible, understandable and affordable, in ways that help people pause, understand, connect and explore.
My own journey through UPSC preparation, personal finance and psychology has shaped many of the questions I bring to this work; around ambition, uncertainty, identity, choices and figuring life out. Take2 brings these threads together, with psychology at its heart.
Take2 grew from a question I keep coming back to: how do we navigate adult life in ways that support our overall well being ?
A Take Two is an invitation, not to start over, but to continue with greater awareness. A space to pause, notice, understand and choose.
Outside of my practice, I’m a big fan of podcasts, plants, and slow mornings with coffee!
