Executive Summary

Tajau Kupi is a form of business based on partnerships which consist of six members which hold important position such as General Manager, Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Operational Manager and Financial Manager. Tajau Kupi will be a coffee shop that offers services for customers, providing unique flavours and smell for variety of coffee drinks that the gives high satisfaction to the customer and Unimas, Kota Samarahan. The location of the Tajau Kupi is considered as strategic as Unimas is a site where students pursue their education and is close to both UiTM Kampus Samarahan and Kampus Samarahan, the placement of the coffee shop is thought to be strategically important because it can draw clients like students to come into our coffee shop.

There isn't a coffee shop in Kota Samarahan that sells coffee beverages made from native Sarawak coffee beans like Tajau Kupi, which piqued our curiosity in starting this kind of enterprise. Tajau Kupi intended to market coffee beverages while also proving that Sarawak coffee is just as good as coffee that is imported from other countries, such as Robusta and Arabica coffee beans. Our coffee shop offers freshly brewed coffee drinks created by our own team members, and all our goods are made from premium components by choosing the best coffee beans.

We specifically target Unimas students, UiTM employees, Unimas staff members, and coffee enthusiasts. Students and employees alike depend on coffee to give them energy in the morning, and Tajau Kupi's business has grown tremendously over the past year. The number of events that take place in Kota Samarahan just increased the demand for coffee drinks throughout the year. The focus of Tajau Kupi's marketing strategy is on the value of our goods and services. Offer reasonably priced coffee drinks so that everyone can buy the things being sold. As a result, a marketing strategy was established to draw customers into the store. The company's employees only skilled workers will be able to guarantee amazing product manufacturing and management.
