The conference fee is $350 US dollars for each author and regular participant, and $150 US dollars for each accompanying person before September 30, 2025.
After this date, the conference fees will be $400 US dollars for each author and regular participant and $200 US dollars for each accompanying person.
For November 20 culture/academic tour, there is an additional fee of $50 US Dollar, including shuttle bus, lunch and dinner during the tour.

Please consult with your bank to arrange the payment so that the exact amount of $350 US dollars for authors ($400 US dollars for late registration), $150 US dollars for accompanying person ($200 US dollars for late registration) is received by the conference.
Note: The receiving bank in Taiwan will deduct a service charge of $200 NTD (approx. $7 US dollars).
Please fill out the Registration Form and attach your bank transfer proof after finishing the transaction.
A confirmation letter will be sent to the registrant within a week by email after we receive the above grand total fee.
國內作者繳費及註冊方式
研討會註冊費用為每位作者與一般與會者NT$ 10,000元,每位隨行人員NT$ 4,500元(須於2025年9月30日前完成繳費)。
2025年10月1日之後註冊者,費用將調整為每位作者與一般與會者NT$ 12,000元,每位隨行人員NT$ 6,000元。
11月20日的文化/學術參訪行程需另收費用NT$ 1,500元,包含接駁巴士、午餐與晚餐。

我們在收到總費用後,將於一週內以電子郵件寄送確認信函給報名者。
* The authors must register by October 15, 2025.
* The registration fee covers proceedings, the welcoming party, coffee break, lunch, the banquet, and the souvenirs.
*Each registration covers only one author who attends the conference.
*In case the author, after registration for some reason, wants to cancel the registration, in such cases, the conference will be able to refund only 50% of the fees. The last date for the registration cancellation request submission is 1st November 2025. After the conference, no fee refunds for any cases.
