適應症：Hypocalcaemia, Beta-blocker or Calcium channel blocker overdose
泡法：(Initial) 2 支 in 100 mL D5W or NS; (Keep) 4支in 500 ml D5W or NS
劑量：從CVC或大血管打
Loading IV: 2 支 in 100 mL D5W or NS over 10-20 min, May repeat once after 10- 60 min if indications are still present.
Maintain 4支in 500 ml D5W or NS Q12H run 6 hr
滴速：Avoid rapid administration (do not exceed 100 mg/min except in emergency situations).
外滲 Elevation, warm or cold compresses
備註：
The bolus dose of calcium gluconate will raise the serum calcium concentration for only two or three hours; as a result, it should be followed by a slow infusion of calcium in patients with persistent hypocalcemia.
如果是hypoparathyroidism 可合併vitamin D 使用
打Calcium chloride 會Increased CO2 production，用在併有respiratory failure 要密切監測
