About

Tai Chi Form is Like a Language

Qigong is the Vibration Supporting it All.

There are a variety of Forms or "Languages" of Tai Chi such as Yang, Wu, Sun, Chen and many others. These are called Family Style Tai Chi Forms. As with verbal languages, if you're a child or young adult then it'll be quick and easy for you to pick up one or more "Tongues" of a Family Style Tai Chi. Much more difficult if you are an adult or senior citizen. In fact, a person over the age of 25 years with no martial arts experience would probably benefit more in 6 months finger painting their name daily onto the sky than they would after 2 years trying to learn a Family Style Tai Chi Form as taught in the traditional way.

So. If you have a good amount of spare time and are looking for a hobby that takes a long time to learn such as the "Form-Language" of Family Style Tai Chi then we want you to know that at this time we are not teaching a Family Style Tai Chi Form. We are offering something quicker and easier to learn which we call the Essence of Tai Chi. Quicker and easier, however, also includes long hard work over a lifetime improving the "quality" of your practice. No worry, though, because with more energy and positive feelings you'll look forward to the next day's practice of Tai Chi Qigong.

Tai Chi is Like Riding a Bicycle

Qigong is Like Pushing the Pedals

Learning only Family Style Tai Chi Forms is like buying a bicycle without pedals and gear. Pretty useless unless you enjoy walking and pushing your bicycle. The only way you can attach pedals and gears onto your bicycle is by understanding the theory and form of "in & out". Our goal is to teach you the "in & out" form and then you will be able to attach the pedals and gears to any Family Style Tai Chi.

The Essence of Tai Chi is Like an Emotion

Qigong Refines the Energy using an Eternal Spring.

We currently focus on teaching the "emotions" one finds within all the various forms and languages of Tai Chi. Emotions are the trigger to help you generate the energy to push the pedals on your bicycle. Generally speaking, emotions are basic to all human life and can pretty much be clearly communicated no matter the language using sounds and physical expressions.

Without a single Tai Chi lesson you already know the basic forms of Tai Chi which are + 1 + 2 + 3 ..... + in + out + spiral. Unconsciously, you've been doing Tai Chi Forms since birth. Now all you need to do is learn how to consciously fill out your Form with emotion in order to mature and purify your chi. When you put all your energy and focus into nurturing your own unique Tai Chi Form, and stop clinging to the popular Family Style Tai Chi Forms of various Chinese families such as Yang, Chen, Wu, etc., then you will experience rapid self-growth.

Are you ready to create your own unique style of Tai Chi Form with Qigong?

To unleash your emotions for health, fitness and relaxation?

  • Emotions in Tai Chi are not simpler to teach but...
  • Emotions are quicker and easier for most healthy adults to learn than is the physical form.
  • Emotions leave a long lasting impression in memory. Without daily practice over a long time many Tai Chi students soon forget the forms they learned.
  • Emotions practiced only once can last a lifetime in your emotional memory bank.
  • Emotions can fill your Tai Chi Ball quicker than doing the physical forms alone. Some people spend a lifetime doing Tai Chi Forms, even with profound mental focus, and their Tai Chi Ball barely or never matures.
  • Emotions can help you create your own personal and unique free style of Tai Chi so you don't have to become dependent on a traditional Chinese Family Style system every one of which has been historically controlled by men. A Family Style can take years to learn before you even begin the serious meditation training.
  • Emotions can be practiced all day long in any setting and is especially beneficial to practice during other fitness activities such as weight training, CrossFit, yoga, running, swimming, etc. Family Style Tai Chi has some limitations as to when or where it can be practiced. Millions of people around the globe practice Family Style Tai Chi but don't understand how to incorporate it into daily life. Put Tai Chi Emotions into your daily life and you will discover that it is a waste of your time to go to Tai Chi classes 2-3 times a week. We don't recommend it. Life is too short to spend all your free time in Family Style Tai Chi Classes.
  • Emotions are powerful forces that create chemical reactions within the body to promote health, fitness and relaxation. Much more so than using mental focus alone to move the body into various Tai Chi positions or forms but without emotion.
  • Advanced students discover how to cultivate their emotions using a string theory. "Easy as +1+2+3"
