This man knew, up to the last moment, that only by ejecting would his life be saved, as had been the case for his two companions.

However, he chose not to do so. He relinquished the illusion of his own life and endeavored until the end to save the plane, the property of the state.

Furthermore, he was aware that if the plane were to land in an area surrounding the Karnaphuli River, such as the Easter refinery or any other densely populated area, numerous lives would be at risk.

Thus, he abandoned the illusion of self-preservation and made every effort to steer the plane into the river for the sake of others.

We salute all the brave warriors who diligently carry out such duties in service of the state. May God reward this courageous martyr.
