My name is Damián Lazarte, and I am a student at the Lenguas Vivas teacher training course in Salta, Argentina. I am currently in my last year of study, and teaching has always been part of my life. My mother and grandparents were teachers, my entire maternal family is full of teachers. This fact has given me the perspective that all teachers should aspire to improve every day and continue to develop. In the words of Pindar "O my soul, do not aspire to immortal life, but exhaust the limits of the possible" (Pythian III) Since Ancient Greece, it was understood that humans would never reach perfection, or a higher state like that of the gods. However, it is our obligation to aspire to "the best" and exhaust all our resources in order to progress.
This section will present the systematization of my teaching practices at "Colegio 25 de Mayo". The emphasis was placed on the assessment process during the experience carried out.
The second part will reflect on the mentoring process at Dr. René G. Favaloro School.
In the words of Jara (1998), systematization is the critical interpretation of one or more experiences that, by ordering and reconstructing them, uncovers or makes explicit the logic and meaning of the process experienced in them: the various factors that intervened, how they were related to each other and why they did so in that way.
