Project Introduction

For my project, I will be serving as the Director of Ceremonies for the Alpha Phi Fraternity.

In this position, I believe I can bring the connection from past, present, and future sisters, as it is imperative to maintain a strong bond and knowledge of what it means to be an Alpha Phi. Also, by teaching the value of what it means to be an Alpha Phi we promote living the values, which allows us sisters to bring a positive and encouraging environment to our peers, campus, and community.

Within this position, I will be planning ceremony dates, times, and locations; along with executing them for our new members and helping them join this amazing organization.

The following qualifications will help be successful in my position:

I have attend multiple ceremonies during my 4 years.

I’m one of the oldest members and have held multiple positions in Alpha Phi.

My “Big” held this position before me, so she will provide guidance moving forward.

I can use effective education techniques and teaching strategies to teach about extremely important material that connects Alpha Phi history to our present sisterhood.
