True Islam espouses peace and tolerance. The distortion of its principles and teaching for the purposes of violence, murder, genocide, and attainment of political power is a disservice to its Prophet Muhammad, who was one of mankind's greatest personalities...
PREFACE:
CODE- E2121, a futuristic story based in the year 2121, came to my mind while mulling over the events that dominate the present day world. In a way I would call it an extrapolation based on today’s events as to what could happen in the future.
The story is centred on the fates of the twins Sravan and Pavan, two young brothers caught in the tumult of their era. I have tried to put greater emphasis on the story and the drama rather than delve into the technological complexities of a futuristic world.
For me the story as well as the message that I aim to deliver through this carries a greater value than the trappings of science fiction and I hope that the reader too approaches this book with the same frame of reference.

(In the year 2121...)
Sravan locked the cubicle door and then tapped on the back wall twice. The three answering taps came as expected and the panel door slid open. Sravan stepped slowly into the passageway and headed towards the room. The door to the room was open and Jamal was still there waiting for him.
‘Take a seat boy. I know why you are here. Geo has briefed me. To cut a long story short, I strongly believe that your twin brother Pavan has been abducted unofficially by the religious police on the charges of sedition. There is a very strong chance that he might be even dead. But I can find out through my sources. And that will cost you money boy,’ Jamal stood up to greet Sravan.
‘How much?’
‘Fifty thousand ICUs (Islamic Currency Units, the currency of the GIF and most of the world).’
‘Fifty thousand ICUs!!!!. That’s a fortune for someone like me.’
‘Unfortunately the information that you seek does not come cheap and also getting it is very dangerous. I will be putting my life on the line as well as those of others. Plus the money is not for me. A significant portion of it goes to grease numerous palms and the rest to fund my underground movement. I can give you some time to come up with the money young man. But I can guarantee you that the information that I provide will be bonafide. Now this is only for the information. If your brother is alive, we would need a further ten thousand ICUs to get him free from wherever he is being held captive. So I request you to arrange for 50,000 ICUs as quickly as possible. You can start with a deposit of 20000 ICUs and that will allow me to set the wheels in motion. Do you get the picture now my young friend?’
‘Is there any other alternative,’ Sravan replied at length.
‘Unfortunately there is none my boy.’
‘Look I just do not have the kind of money that you ask for. The maximum I can come up with is only about 30000 ICUs. That is the amount I have in my bank. Is there any other way? Please please Mr. Jamal, I’m desperate.’
‘I do not make exceptions for anybody young man. There is no other way to get this kind of information. The stakes are very high and the spies are everywhere.’
‘Please Mr. Jamal, can’t you not find it in your heart to make an exception this time? I will be indebted to you for the rest of my life. I have something to offer myself that could be of tremendous significance to you. But I can only offer you that information if and when I’m physically reunited safely with my brother.
‘What kind of information would that be?’
