What does membership mean? 

Membership means you are part of the Southwestern Wisconsin Chapter Izaak Walton,  as well as the National IWLA organization. You will be part of our local group made up of people from all walks of life, from locations in the entire Tri-State area and beyond, who have common interests and hobbies in the shooting sports and conservation. Becoming a member in our club is an easy process. Simply contact Michael White, our membership coordinator, at 608-778-2318.   You will become a member of a wonderful group of people dedicated to the value of our natural resources, the education of our youth into the outdoors, and the promotion of outdoor activities for all ages.

Once you come, you won't want to leave.

Membership isn't just about enjoying the benefits! Volunteers are needed all the time! 

 There are many benefits of joining any organization.  Some of the benefits of ours is that you get to have a good time with other great people who share your interest in shooting and archery sports!

Any good organization also needs good volunteers as well.  The Southwestern WI IWLA Chapter is run by volunteers.  Not only do we need leaders such as the President, the Vice President and the Board of Directors, but we also need others willing to help out with the many important aspects of the organization-- 

We are always looking for persons who can help with regular events such as trap, ladies night and other events that take place.   Anyone can help anywhere they would like to.   We are also always looking for more persons to assist with special events, such as the Teddy Bear hunt and the Hog Roast. 

Don't feel you need special credentials to help out, you do not!   The clubhouse and grounds also need volunteers with maintenance such as grass cutting, building repairs, target stands and many other day to day things that some people take for granted!

 Please, if you are considering joining also consider helping to keep our club running smoothly by volunteering.

What will my membership get me? 

 Your $84 (Individual ) members/ $137.50 (family) membership will provide discounts on many things, including rounds of trap, National IWLA membership will get you communications such as a quarterly newsletter and informational emails. With the discounts alone, you could potentially reclaim your entire fee each year! But most importantly the money goes towards maintaining our facility, replacing old equipment, remodeling our Chapterhouse and many other projects! (We also have Student memberships available as well!)
