I ordered a fruit tart for my mom’s 70th birthday, and it was absolutely lovely. The fruit was beautifully cut and decorated, which made the whole tart look so fresh and inviting. The tiramisu cups were a hit in our birthday party. We had people of all colors with different cultures, yet everyone loved it! It was pregnant and breastfeeding friendly as the tiramisu does not contain any raw egg and liquor. But, without anyone telling me, I’d think it’s just a high end Italian cafe tiramisu. This is definitely my new favorite from Allie's Bakery!

The mini cupcakes are so perfect for kids birthday parties. They are small enough for even a toddler to hold with just one hand. (Hence, it won’t be messy, and won’t have half eaten cup cakes lying around.) And, the icing wasn’t made with sugar, instead it was made with natural fruit jams which is a much healthier and tastier option. I ordered 60 mini cup cakes for 25 guests, and it’s all gone within 45 minutes. I’d definitely order them for any kids parties, and it’d actually be a good adult dessert, too.

The chocolate cake was rich and totally satisfying. Not too sweet, with a nice deep cocoa flavor, and the frosting was creamy without being overwhelming. Definitely a must-try if you love chocolate!

The fruit tarts were gorgeous-- almost too pretty to eat. The crust was crisp and buttery, the cream filling was smooth and light, and the fresh fruits on top made it super refreshing. Honestly, it's the kind of dessert that makes you smile as soon as it hits the table.

The matcha cake was amazing- super moist, fluffy, and had that nice earthy matcha flavor without being bitter. The cream was light and not too sweet, which made it easy to enjoy more than one slice. We ordered the Japanese Cheesecake and strawberry macarons. Allie offered to make some fresh cream and strawberries to add some height to the cake and it was delicious! The cake was fluffy and the cream wasn’t too sweet.

Also have to note how communicative and thoughtful they are. Will definitely be coming back to order more.

The harder exterior almost resembles a pie crust (not as hard as a real pie crust) or the more crunchy edge of a brownie. We liked that part as a contrast with the softer middle. There is a fragrance in the cake that reminds me of almond extract, and the sweetness is just right.

The light sweetness of the crust and lemon gives great combination to this one!  I really enjoyed the lemon tart! Really love the combination of having both mango mousse and lemon tart as the two are greatly compliment to each other!

The fruit tart is so delicious. I am just happy to finally find a fruit tart that is freshly made and not over sweet. I love the taste of the rich cream and of course the fresh fruits. Most of the store-made fruit tarts come with a layer of syrup on the top of the fruits which often makes it too sweet for me. I like how I can taste the flavor of different fruits on the tart. It is probably the best fruit tart I can find in the area!

Allie’s matcha burnt basque cheesecake is masterfully decorated with exceptional taste that you couldn’t even tell the chef is not professionally trained yet. Most importantly, she doesn’t jack up the price like outside bakeries, and this is gold during times of inflation hikes. Don’t be fooled by her age, her skill is at least 10 years older than her look.

We wanted to make a customized cake for our daughter because it’s her first birthday party to celebrate outside of pandemic, so it is extra meaningful. We’ve looked everywhere. We've been ordering various desserts from Allie at Sweetz Bakery for a few years now. Our son loves balloons so Allie worked with us to create a unique balloons sponge cake for his birthday. It was beautiful, cute, light, moist, and most of all, delicious! We've also ordered several of Allie's fruit tarts in the past as well. The tart crust is perfectly baked and has the right crunch, paired with just the right amount of custard and generous portion delicious fresh fruits. The presentation and decoration of the tarts are more professional than many of the local bakeries! I definitely prefer Allie's fruit tarts over others!  Finally, her macarons are also amazing! I love fruit tarts! But the ones from most of the bakeries are either too sweet or the toppings are not as fresh as I like. I was very fortunate to witness first hand on how Allie prepared and baked the tarts. She was so detailed in cleaning the fruits and treat them like delicacies.
