The Sales and Related job family is comprised of occupations with work activities that include selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, interacting with computers, and communicating with persons outside the organization. And skills such as persuasion, reading comprehension, speaking effectively, active listening, and critical thinking ar necessary. Education: most occupations require a high school diploma and some require a bachelor's degree.
