Students created underwater self-portraits using oil pastels and watercolors.

Students were inspired by the book, "Insectopedia." They used contour drawing to draw their insect and added color with colored pencils.

Students studied the artwork of the artist, Yayoi Kuasama. Inspired by her artwork they drew a picture and painted it with dots. Students then created a background challenging themselves to create an infinity of dots.

Inspired by the book, "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly," students drew their own "old lady" using different types of lines.
