An iconic draw Supporter. Its effect is similar to N or Rocket's Admin, but it bottom-decks the cards instead of shuffling them into the deck.
Most decks play Iono, even if only at 1-2 copies, as the ability to disrupt the opponent's hand is valuable. Slow decks that can afford to give up early Prizes will find even more value in it.
The "5th Iono", Unfair Stamp punishes your opponent for taking Prizes, often to an even greater degree than Iono. It's even an Item instead of a Supporter! Fitting for its power, it is an ACE SPEC.
The counterpart to Iono for aggressive decks. If you can get an early attacker or draw engine set up, you can Judge your opponent down to 4, which is more disruptive than Iono-ing them to 6, then break the symmetry by taking a Prize with your attacker or using your draw engine. Later on, if you're leading the Prize race 4-6 or 2-4, Judge will give you more cards or your opponent fewer cards compared to Iono.
Part of the Team Rocket's engine.
This is typically the only hand disruption that Team Rocket's decks play, so it can be played around. (Unlike Unfair Stamp, which is played alongside Iono, so if you try to play around Stamp by not taking a KO, they can still Iono you to disrupt your hand.)
Played in control/stall decks to rip key resources from the opponent's hand: Switch, Rare Candy, Superior Energy Retrieval, etc.
Played in control/stall decks to set up an eventual deck out win condition. If the opponent refuses to play cards and keeps their hand full, Xerosic's Machinations makes them discard down to 3, so they can't replenish their deck with Iono.
