Sustainable regenerative farm near Brenes. Under some unlucky pouring rain, we visited this farm justa a few kilometers from Brenes, Seville, where they showed us how they managed not only to produce food for their own animals, but fertiliser for the soil from their excrements. They sell their products locally and to other outside buyers.
Sustainable and ecological fish farm embeded in the protected space of Doñana Park. Located in the beautiful city of Trebujena and within the Doñana domain, this fish farm uses water from the sea to farm theri fishes and renewable energies for the maintenance of the place itself.
We visited the Triana Market in the capital, Seville. Not only did we see one of the markets where products from nearby agricultural sites enter the city, but our students also got to receive a cooking lesson in which they learned how to prepare the typical spanish potato omellette.
