Food Marketing

13th-17th February 2023

The 3rd mobility took place in Italy from 13th to 17th February 2023 (plus 2 travelling days as we agreed for all the other mobilities).

The topic developed in Italy was FOOD MARKETING. We explored how sustainability can cope with marketing strategies. For this reason we had the opportunities to visit factories (ABAFOODS), farmhouses (ORTO DELLA FRESCHEZZA and AGRITURISMO S. GABRIELE), specialised farming businesses (VALIER NOCI) and simulate the creation of a sustainable restaurant with its slogan, its menu and the study of the SWOT ANALYSIS for this small business. The week was concluded with a cooking contest which involved all the participants divided into 4 teams of mixed nationalities.

The mobility also included the visits of Venice and Verona.
