Food Safety Certificate is designed to educate trainees about the following points:

• FOODBORNE ILLNESS 

• MICROORGANISMS

• RECEIVING AND STORAGE  

• MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTAMINATION  

• PERSONAL HYGIENE  

• CLEANING AND SANITIZING

Upon receiving the certificate, the trainee will be able to act as a Food Safety Ambassador and conduct the following tasks:

• Internal food safety Audit 

• Regular onsite inspections 

• Monitor the flow of food inside the food establishment

• Raise awareness about food safety practices 

• Approve food suppliers according to the implementation of the food safety management system

• Enforce local food safety regulations and international standards     

Every employee in the food establishment acts as a food safety officer and plays a primary role in the food safety internal audit committee.
