- Sustainable Globe has developed a program entitled “Safety Audit for Food Establishment” (SAFE). Our program is designed to provide a comprehensive audit system that fits all food establishments.
- The SAFE program will be implemented through four stages
First stage: Pre-audit
Second Stage: Audit Day
Third Stage: Post-audit
Fourth Stage: Implementation
