4. Petty Officer Third Class

   • Silver eagle perched over 1 chevron, 1 and 7/8 inches from the right collar tip.

   • Centered at the perch.

   • Angled perpendicular to the angle that bisects the collar tip.

5. Petty Officer Second Class

   • Silver eagle perched over 2 chevrons, 1 and 7/8 inches from the right collar tip.

   • Centered at the perch.

   • Angled perpendicular to the angle that bisects the collar tip.

   • Silver eagle, perched over 3 chevrons, 1 and 7/8 inches from the right collar tip.
