About Me
Hi, I’m Sunil Bairwa (SunBair). My journey into game development started with my background in mechanical engineering. Back then, I spent a lot of time working with CAD software to design and model 3D parts, even running basic simulations. That technical foundation, combined with my love for art, naturally led me to dive deeper into 3D modeling and animation using Blender—and eventually, into making games.
When the lockdown hit during my second year of college, I found myself with a lot of free time. That’s when I really started exploring Blender, making animations, and experimenting with 3D art. By my third year, I landed an internship where I created educational 3D animated videos. I handled everything from scripting and modeling to rigging and animating. Around the same time, I started experimenting with Unreal Engine and figuring out how to bring my Blender creations into the game engine.
After finishing my degree, I went all in on game development, combining everything I love: For me, game development is the perfect way to blend all my interests, from art, music, storytelling and movies to designing, 3D modeling, programming.
Right now, my goal is to land a job in the game industry and create games that people love to play. I’m excited to keep learning, experimenting, and making cool stuff along the way!
