Balance Break
Balance Break is a classic space SHMUP 2D arcade game. It is made in godot for GameDevJS game jam. it was made in two weeks with another 1 week for some updates.
There are variety of enemies with different kinds of attacks. killing each of them gives different amount of points. Based on these points you get a final score at the end. To win you have to defeat the final boss which have two phases and different sets of attacks.

Development Breakdown /Summary responsibilities
This project was an end-to-end development effort by me.
Gameplay Programming: Designed and programmed all the mechanics of the game including shooting, regulating the energy, calculating stores etc.
Art Assets: Made all the art assets including sprites, BG, title screen, etc.
Game Design: Created and planned a variety of enemies, a final boss and its different attacks.
UI/UX Design: Built functional UI elements.
Sound Design: Did the sound design for different sounds in the game.
Marketing Materials: Produced promotional assets such as thumbnails, icons to showcase the game
