Planet Parasite
Planet parasite is an idle / tower defence / strategy 2D game where you are mining the resources and killing different enemies with different types of damages with only two goals to consume and destroy the planets like a parasite.
To win you have to collect cores and destroy the planet.

Development Breakdown /Summary responsibilities
This project was an end-to-end development effort by me.
Gameplay Programming: Designed and implemented a gameplay loop in Godot using GDscript, featuring mechanics like resource management, crafting weapons, placing objects in game from inventory, spawning different types of enemies at different rates and varying time points.
Game Design: Created and planned a variety of enemies, resources and weapons to keep the game engaging.
UI/UX Design: Built functional UI elements, including a main menu, ui for crafting and managing resources and weapons and other navigation components, to enhance the player's experience.
Marketing Materials: Produced promotional assets such as thumbnails, icons to showcase the game effectively.
