We are an interdisciplinary research group exploring the frontiers of energy conversion and advanced manufacturing. Our mission is to develop sustainable, high-performance technologies that address global energy challenges through innovation at the micro and nanoscale.
Our core research areas include:
Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) and Electrolysis Cells powered by low/zero-carbon fuels such as hydrogen and ammonia, with a focus on nano-engineered materials and device-level performance enhancement.
Thin Film and Nanoionics Engineering, where we pioneer the design of functional oxide interfaces and coatings to enable low-temperature, high-power-density devices.
4D Printing and Additive Manufacturing, specializing in smart material systems via vat photopolymerization, AI-assisted resin formulation, and microscale printing for applications in energy and healthcare.
We integrate materials science, microsystem technologies, and AI-driven design to create practical, scalable solutions. Our team welcomes collaboration across academia and industry to accelerate the transition toward clean energy and smart manufacturing.
