What is YAB?
YAB (which stands for Youth Advisory Board) is a youth-led organization. We represent the Sequoia Teen Wellness Center located on the Sequoia High School campus. As a group, we create projects targeted to benefit the community.
Our Mission
To address problems and create change by focusing on issues voiced by member of the board and our community. We work to impact our community and spread knowledge about physical and mental health.
What is the Sequoia Teen Wellness Center?
The Sequoia Teen Wellness Center provides medical services to youth age 12-25. They provide no charge confidential services relating to reproductive health care and STI prevention/treatment. They also provide medical services to those with no insurance or through Health Plan of San Mateo. These services range from immunizations to mental health services.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday)
